Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Segundo Promiscuo Municipal de Agustín Codazzi (Cesar) y el Juzgado Tercero Penal Municipal de Bello (Antioquia).

La controversia se fundamentó en las diferentes interpretaciones que del factor territorial hicieron los despachos judiciales involucrados.

Teniendo en cuenta que ambos juzgados son competentes para dar trámite a la solicitud de amparo invocada, la Corte decide respetar la elección que a competencia hizo el accionante y dispone enviar el expediente al Juzgado Segundo Promiscuo Municipal de Agustín Codazzi, para que de forma inmediata tramite y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.
